在。学习进度会备份到你自己的 iCloud（iOS）或 Google 账号（Android）， 在同一个账号下装回小马就会自动恢复。备份存在你的账号里，我们看不到。
打开「我的」页，点恢复购买。用当初购买时的同一个 Apple ID 登录即可， 不需要重新付费。如果没恢复成功，请写信告诉我们，附上购买凭证。
订阅由 Apple 管理，取消也在 Apple 那边： iPhone 设置 → 点最上方你的名字 → 订阅 → 小马 Pony → 取消订阅。 取消后当前计费周期内仍可继续使用，到期不再续费。
开头的好几章永久免费，不是限时试用 —— 不用先交出支付方式就能一路学完。 具体到哪一章为止，以 App 内付费页显示的为准（那一页读的是真值，这里不复述， 免得课程调整后这页说的和你看到的不一样）。年度会员另有 7 天免费试用。
学习页和复习页的顶栏有一个小旗子，点它就能报错，可以选类型并留言。 报错会附带当前画面的截图（只含应用自己的界面），用于排查显示类问题。 这是最快的反馈通道 —— 我们真的会逐条看。
卸载应用即可删除设备上的全部内容。iCloud / Google 备份可在对应系统设置里删除。 匿名使用统计不与任何身份关联，删除应用后标识符即被重置。 详见隐私政策。
跟读用的是设备本机的语音识别，录音不会离开你的设备。 识别在环境嘈杂、语速过快或麦克风被遮挡时容易出错。可以试试靠近麦克风、放慢一点。 如果某个词反复判错，请用小旗子报给我们。

Yes. Progress is backed up to your own iCloud (iOS) or Google account (Android). Install Pony while signed in to the same account and it restores automatically. The backup lives in your account — we cannot see it.
Open the 我的 tab and tap 恢复购买 (Restore Purchases). Sign in with the same Apple ID you bought with; you will not be charged again. If it does not restore, write to us with your receipt.
Subscriptions are managed by Apple: iPhone Settings → tap your name at the top → Subscriptions → Pony 小马 → Cancel. You keep access until the current period ends.
The first several chapters are permanently free — not a timed trial, and no payment method is required to work through them. For exactly where the free tier ends, see the paywall inside the app: that screen reads the real value, so we don’t restate it here and risk this page drifting out of date. The yearly plan also includes a 7-day free trial.
There is a small flag in the top bar of the lesson and review screens. Tap it to report the problem, pick a category, and leave a note. The report includes a screenshot of the current card (our own UI only). This is the fastest channel — we read every one.
Uninstalling the app removes everything stored on the device. iCloud / Google backups can be deleted in the corresponding system settings. Anonymous usage statistics are not linked to any identity, and the identifier resets when the app is removed. See the Privacy Policy.
Speech recognition runs on your device — the recording never leaves it. It struggles with background noise, very fast speech, or a covered microphone. If one word is consistently misjudged, please report it with the flag.

端末の機種とアプリのバージョン（「我的」タブ下部に表示）を添えていただけると、確認が早く進みます。
残ります。学習の進み具合はご自身の iCloud（iOS）または Google アカウント（Android）に バックアップされます。同じアカウントで再インストールすれば自動的に復元されます。 バックアップはお客様のアカウント内にあり、当社からは見えません。
「我的」タブの恢复购买（購入の復元）をタップし、購入時と同じ Apple ID で サインインしてください。再度課金されることはありません。
解約は Apple 側で行います：iPhone の設定 → 上部のお名前 → サブスクリプション → Pony 小马 → 解約。現在の請求期間の終了までは引き続きご利用いただけます。
最初の数章は無期限で無料です（期間限定の試用ではなく、支払い方法の登録も不要）。 無料範囲の正確な区切りは、アプリ内の購入画面の表示をご確認ください。あの画面は実際の 設定値を読み出しているため、ここでは重複して記載しません（教材の調整でこのページと 食い違うのを避けるためです）。年間プランには別途 7 日間の無料トライアルが付きます。
学習画面と復習画面の上部バーに旗のアイコンがあります。タップすると種類を選んで ご報告いただけます。報告には現在のカード画面のスクリーンショット（当アプリの画面のみ）が 添付されます。最も早い連絡手段です。すべて目を通しています。
アプリを削除すると端末内のデータはすべて消えます。iCloud / Google のバックアップは 各システム設定から削除できます。匿名の利用統計はいかなる identity とも紐づいておらず、 アプリ削除により識別子はリセットされます。詳しくはプライバシーポリシーをご覧ください。
音声認識は端末内で処理され、録音が端末外に送信されることはありません。 騒音・早口・マイクが覆われている場合は精度が下がります。 特定の語で繰り返し誤判定される場合は、旗アイコンからご報告ください。
